I was just thinking

Bratwurst in Florida: Best I ever ate at the Old Heidleberg

Many of you know when I married, I spoiled a pure German heritage, well I was just thinking that in honor of my inlaws and my beloved espousa's German heritage I would eat at the restaurant next door to my hotel for my last night of the Inspire Document Imaging Conference.  Well...I had the best brats I have ever had at der Old Heidleberg.  I mean WOW, Amazing, superb, unbelievable.  I didn't know a brat could be so good!   Der sauerkraut was great and all of this with Iced Tea was about $10.   That is really amazing after paying for resort food on Miami Beach.  Dis was next to my hotel near the Fort Lauderdale  International Airport.  If I am stuck in Florida one more day I am glad I just stumbled upon dis place.  The waitress spoke like I am writing.  They were playing German music old to new (They even played 99 Luft Balloons at one point).  Guess what I am going back for der Supper.

The Supper Paragraph

I had the option of eating supper at Wendys, McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts, but....I chose to go back to der Old Heidleberg.  It was amazing again.  I had some Hungarian Beef Goulash, a dumpling and  red cabbage that was great...and I hate cabbage  I had to overcome my inner food coward for dat one.  My only reget is that my missed Yodeling Night.  I want you all to close your eyes and envision yourself side by side Yodeling wit me at der Old Heidleberg in Fort Lauderdale.

I got the plate and a pleasant "Guten Appetit"
